A: "Anonymous User" are people viewing the site and that is all they will be able to do. Maybe be able to use a shout box or something later but they will be able to view only what is allowed by Registered, Minister and Admins. "Anonymous users" will not have to log in. every one is a Anonymous user until they log in.

A: Registered
Users logged into the system (Can be anyone) will have most forum posting abilities and will be able to interact with some other options on the site. They will not have access to more of the advanced option such as Blogs, Articles etc. They will not have editing capabilities except for their own stuff. Any one can Register as a "Registered User" at any time by going to the "register page". (When it becomes available) They must abide by the Rules, Regulations and Terms of this site. There are no other requirements for Registered Users

A: Minister User
Must be a minister to aquire this type of an account. You may only aquire "Minister User" statice by invitation from a Admin. Or an approval of a request to an Admin.
Minister Users will have allot more abilities than any other users beside a Admin User.
Minister Users must verify that they are a Minister and be active in a Church or a Ministry. They must abide by the Rules, Regulations and Terms of this site.
